The Colchester Business Enterprise Agency (Colbea) has announced that it will be opening its funded business advice sessions to any stage business across all of Essex to help them during the Covid-19 crisis.
The one-to-one virtual sessions with a qualified business advisor will cover planning, cashflow, business re-alignment and recovery and signposting to the help and support services available from their local council and Government.
The move comes as Colbea works with its local council partners to respond to the business needs of the community during this unprecedented crisis and issues a call to action across the county for other agencies and support services to come together to deliver a fast response service for businesses in crisis.
Colbea CEO Ashleigh Seymour-Rutherford (pictured) said: “We have seen a significant rise in the demand for one-to-one business support and advice, and we appreciate the need for a rapid response. Therefore, we will be extending the business advice session availability and reaching out to all Essex businesses to let them know we are here to help.
“We have a team of highly experienced business advisors, and the regional partnerships and contacts to provide timely advice and guidance on how to access the funding available to them at a time when businesses desperately need it, and we are here, ready to help in any way we can.”
The one-hour virtual business advice sessions with a Colbea business advisor are free of charge and can be booked by contacting Colbea on 01206 548833 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
