Hylands Estate is a prestigious Grade II* listed public park encompassing 574 acres of historic parkland. The beautifully renovated Neo-Classical elegant villa Hylands House can be hired for any occasion including weddings, celebrations, and business events, and is open to the public on select days.

Hylands Estate offers an impressive setting for business and meetings events; ideal for holding small meetings to larger conferences. Their opulent interiors and contemporary Grand Pavilion can provide a perfect setting for your business event. Hylands House has many rooms to accommodate up to 300 guests, some of which have been restored thanks to contributions by the Friends of Hylands House.
There are a variety of packages available to suit your meeting requirements. As well as day delegate packages, you can chat to a member of their friendly team to discuss bespoke packages which can be tailored with bespoke rates with a wide variety of rooms and catering menus available to suit all needs.

What’s included
All day delegate packages include the following:
- Appropriate room space between 9am – 5pm for full day hire or a choice between 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm for half-day hire
- Refreshment area for breaks and lunch
- Pads and pens
- Water and glasses
- Arrival tea, coffee & pastries
- Additional food and beverage depending on selected package
